This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from tagmonyc.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Shipping Policy

Our store is located Downtown Manhattan, New York City in New York. The summertime temperatures can exceed 115 F (46 C). This can be a challenging environment to make sweets and an even greater challenge to ship from. After much experience, we have chosen materials that will ensure orders make it out of the Arizona heat. The goal is to keep the sweets below 52 F at all times. 

We typically ship Monday-Wednesday via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We will not ship any later in the week in an effort to protect the quality of your purchase (we don’t want your sweets melting in a hot warehouse over the weekend).  There may be delays in shipping during the summer. If you are hoping to receive your order within a specific time frame, please email us. We will do our best to help you out, but please remember we cannot control what happens when the package leaves our hands. 

We charge regional flat rates for shipping based on location of delivery.

We wish that we had control over the package from the moment it leaves the factory to the moment it arrives at your door, but unfortunately once it’s out of our hands, it’s out of our hands. We encourage you to actively track your order, and make plans to receive it. The most common way that sweet melts during transit is actually after delivery –– when it sits on a doorstep in direct sunlight or when it hangs out in a metal mailbox. This is why it is super important you are there to receive your package! We can’t be held responsible for a delivery that melts due to poor planning or time management.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you find that your order is not up to par, please contact us.
